Our Story
Behind The Brand
Blessing Shuman, a native of Savannah, GA, now living in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, began this brand in 2018 with a heartfelt mission: to encourage women in their faith through fashion. For Blessing, fashion is more than wearing beautiful clothes—it’s a way to remind women that they are absolutely beautiful just as they are, embracing the present moment while working toward their personal goals.
Since moving to Texas, Blessing has furthered her passion for serving others by completing a life coaching certification program, building on her formal education in Psychology. Over the years, she has faithfully served as a class facilitator, mentor, domestic violence advocate, and Hope Leader for various non-profits across DFW.
With more than 6 years in the helping profession and over 14 years as a licensed minister, Blessing is now focusing on her coaching ministry, Embracing Your You Coaching. Through this ministry, she hopes to guide women in discovering and stepping into the fullness of who God has called them to be.
Blessing is also the author of the 21-day devotional, Do You Know Who You Are?, available on Amazon, and the host of Embrace Moments, a monthly podcast offering encouragement and a much-needed selah in the midst of life’s constant changes.
